About

Low Planning + Environmental is an independent planning and environmental practice based in Nelson, New Zealand.

Led by Adrian Low, the practice is built on 20 years’ experience across environmental assessment, resource consent and environmental planning in New Zealand.

Before establishing Low Planning + Environmental, Adrian held senior and director-level roles at Mitchell Daysh, working across infrastructure, coastal, energy, aquaculture, industrial, minerals, water and development projects throughout New Zealand.

Work includes the preparation, coordination and management of environmental effects assessments and applications, alongside strategic planning advice and statutory analysis across complex resource management processes.
